the room was filthy with stained bedding and brown drips on the walls. but it had a fridge and microwave for convenience. the location was great for accessing local restaurants and was pet friendly too.

my stay was enjoyable with a clean room and comfortable bed, making it ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring charming local parks and landmarks just a short walk away, including the lovely Wellsville Park and the town's historic center, which is only about 700 meters away.

Greeted by a friendly owner upon arrival was nice.

The refrigerator had old containers of food left inside. The room smelled strongly of cleaning supplies that made me nauseous. The bathroom door wouldn't shut, and the shower was in poor condition with yellowing from nicotine stains.

We enjoyed the fridge and microwave in the room for snacks and drinks. The location was convenient for exploring local dining options and we had fun surfing the web. Keep in mind, local restaurants close early, so plan dinner around 6pm.

One downside was the cleanliness. we noticed signs of wear which could use attention and could be slightly cleaner than we hoped for.

Chose to leave after a brief stay due to these issues, opting for a cleaner alternative nearby.

I stayed for 2 nights in a Standard Queen Room, Smoking. The room had a fridge and microwave, which were very convenient. Parking access was easy from the front door. The water pressure in the shower was impressive. The staff was helpful and accommodating. 😊
